NOW is collaborating with PAVE (Promoting Awareness, Victim Empowerment) to raise awareness about a reality that should be clear to everyone:  rape is a violent crime.   Join us in protest during the New York Film Festival where we’ll say “shame on you” to New York Film Festival program director Richard Pena, as well as NYFF filmmakers Pedro Almodovar and Harmony Korine for signing the recent petition calling for Roman Polanski’s release, despite the fact that he raped a 13-year-old girl.
