Convicted NYS Senator Hiram Monserrate Sentencing Tomorrow
State Senator Monserrate has been convicted of assault. 

Ask Judge Erlbaum (718.298.1401) to send the clear message that domestic violence is not acceptable
, regardless of one's position or social status, by giving Monserrate the maximum sentence.    NOW-NYC Press Release

Let our leadership know that Monserrate should resign!

We should expect more from our state lawmakers. 
Reach out to your state senator, to Democratic Conference Leader John Sampson, and to Senator Eric Schneiderman, Chair of the Senate Select Committee reviewing Monserrate's case, to urge his removal.
