4)  PRESERVE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR PUBLIC BROADCASTING
On February 19, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1, which eliminates federal funding for public broadcasting services, such as NPR and PBS.  Early next week, the Senate will review and revise the bill.

Organizations like 170 Million Americans for Public Broadcasting and MoveOn.org Political Action have coordinated action campaigns to oppose these funding cuts.  If you wish to preserve federal funding for public broadcasting, please visit the links above to contact your elected officials.
