Tue, March 15: Rally for Wisconsin and the American Dream

During the Feb 26th rally for Women's Lives, one of the speakers said, if we don't fight the anti-life (a.k.a. anti-choice) forces from taking women's right to choose, what will they go after next, our right to vote?  That is EXACTLY what they are trying to do with the voter laws below.  This is another reason why feminism is for everybody.

Stand with Wisconsin and for the American Dream

The GOP's Wisconsin power grab strips collective bargaining rights from unions, effectively destroying them. Meanwhile, 31 states have passed or are about to vote on bills to prevent students from voting anywhere except in their home states. Voter ID laws and various voter intimidation tactics are being instituted in various parts of the country, disproportionately affecting poor people's access to the polls.
All of this is being rationalized by the Republicans with stories that don't add up. But here's one thing that does: Guess which party unions, students and poor people vote for overwhelmingly?
Take a stand for democracy with fellow Americans in rallies across all 50 states on March 15th.
