Women Surpass Men In Advanced Degrees For First Time
On Tuesday, the U.S. Census released figures that, for the first time, show more women than men have finished college and earned advanced degrees. However, a breakdown of the data reveals that women still lag behind in attaining degrees in male-dominated fields, such as business, science and engineering.

Not to mention, white women still earn only 77 cents to a man's dollar, while women of color earn even less.
