Join us to celebrate the historic opening of the new Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial. NOW President Terry O'Neill will speak to our ongoing struggle to achieve the dream of full equality for all. Rally for Women's Health on Saturday

Rally for Women's Health with NOW and allies in Richmond, VA on Sat. and hear NOW Action VP Erin Matson speak. Recently, the VA Board of Health approved "TRAP" laws designed to shut down abortion clinics. These regulations will go before Governor McDonnell next, so we need as many activists as possible to tell the governor to reject these anti-choice regulations. RVSP Today!

Thu., 10/20 - Terry will be part of a panel at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars entitled "Re-strengthening global sisterhood - Emerging women's issues for a new global agenda." Read more.

Vintage Suffrage Parade

In August, Fayettville NC NOW led a vintage suffrage parade hours before Hurricane Irene came ashore. NC Secretary of State Elaine Marshall and NC NOW President Galiya Paliga were among those who marched with them. The ladies with red ties and sashes were from Delta Sigma Theta, whose founders walked in Alice Paul's 1913 parade. See more photos here »
