Small victories: more racial representation in Lord & Taylor windows

I wrote to the store last year below. I am glad they listened. 

"I was disturbed by your holiday windows two years in-a-row. Although last year's holiday windows were meant to be inspired by NYC school children, who were obviously multicultural, EVERY ONE OF YOUR FIGURINES were white. This year, although your windows are meant to represent the world, ALL OF YOUR FIGURINES are white AGAIN, except for one window that has an Asian theme. However, those figurines are light skinned, also. What gives?"
