Feminist Majority Foundation fall campaigns & conferences

I love FMF (Feminist Majority Foundation), THE organization to go to for help as a campus feminist activist.  The campus organizers have always helped The Hunter College Women's Rights Coalition, which I was the president of from 2007 - graduation in 2009.  They rock!

Welcome back to campus! No matter where you are in your semester (some schools have been back for weeks, others are just heading back to class now…), we're excited to work with you for equality and justice for all people!
The FMF Campus Team has been hard at work preparing for the fall semester and we are proud to announce our newly revamped campaigns for the 2009-2010 school year:
NEW to the campaign this fall: the Exposing CPCs Video Contest and the "Don't Get Tricked, Get Treated" Week of Action October . For more information, visit or call 866-471-FMLA!
NEW to the campaign this fall: the Women and Climate Change Toolkit and our updated Afghan Women's Health Campaign! For more information, email Anushay Hossain, Global Programs Coordinator at!
As if that weren't enough, we've also got a full slate of feminist conferences lined up for you!
  • The Western Regional Feminist Leadership Conference has just been announced for November 6-7 at Santa Monica Community College in California. Keep an eye out for updates on our website!
  • SAVE THE DATE for our annual National Young Feminists' Leadership Conference, March 20-21, in Washington, DC!
We're here as a resource to you! Reach out to your Campus Organizers, follow the blog, write for the blog, and most importantly, let us know how we can support feminist activism on your campus!
