Head to Heal: Yoga for Violence Survivors & Advocates New
Held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month
Next dates: March 24th, April 7th @ 6:30 p.m.

- Head to Heal is a specialized yoga program for women survivors of violence, their supporters, and advocates who work on their behalf.
- Session includes a 60 minute vinyasa class, followed by a 15-30 minute cool-down and discussion (optional).
- No RSVP necessary.  Extra mats are available for use.
-Donations are encouraged, not required.
